Terms of service
These draft terms describe the current product. Legal review and complete seller information are required before commercial launch.
1. Publisher and scope
TravelHub is provided under the Rankup brand from Tunisia. Contact: contact@rankup.cloud. Its first module, Flight Ops, is B2B software for flight information and operational coordination. Legal clearance remains required before commercial release.
2. What the service does
You can organize dated flight records, travelers, groups, incidents and tasks. Flight information comes from third parties when configured and licensed. Information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable; verify consequential decisions through appropriate sources. The service does not sell or change tickets, book travel, automatically rebook, insure travelers or give compensation or legal advice.
3. Accounts and appropriate use
Use accurate business details, protect credentials and invite only authorized colleagues. You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of traveler information, appropriate access and human review of communications. Do not upload passport, card or unnecessary sensitive data. Do not abuse the service, bypass quotas or extract licensed data outside permitted use.
4. Subscription
The intended Starter plan is EUR 49 monthly with 50 dated flight occurrences per billing period and three users, pending invitations included. Taxes and the final total are displayed by Paddle when available. Archiving does not restore quota. No automatically billed free trial is offered. Access depends on a verified subscription status, never a success URL.
5. Cancellation and refunds
When enabled, manage your subscription in the Paddle portal. End-of-period cancellation normally preserves access until that period ends, subject to payment and subscription status. Refund requests follow the published refund policy and applicable mandatory rights.
6. Availability, responsibility and changes
The service is provided without a promised refresh frequency or uptime SLA. Your team remains responsible for operational decisions and supplier arrangements. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded. Any liability allocation, governing law, dispute process and material contractual changes require legal review before a paid release; no legally validated limitation is asserted in this review version.
7. Personal information and account closure
See the privacy policy for data handling and retention. Request access, export or deletion through contact@rankup.cloud. Operational account erasure requires verification and consideration of mandatory billing-record retention. This review version is not an accepted commercial contract.
